Shawna is the team coordinator who manages documents and timelines all throughout the transaction process and then some. There is a lot of behind the scenes work involved in every transaction and she makes sure that all of the required documents are signed and sent to the right place. This is tedious work for a buyer and seller, but she makes it as easy as possible. Feel free to ask her any questions.
